McCormick Flat Roofing Limited tendered and were appointed to undertake the re-roofing works to this Grade II Listed Building, this £150k Project was completed on time and within Budget. The Building's roof coverings were in such a condition of disrepair that in actual fact there were wheelie bins in the classrooms to catch the leaking rainwater.
We carried out a 75% refurbishment matching up existed pitched tiled roof coverings like for like to keep up the buildings same appearance. We also provided new architectural lead cornices and box gutter details and some 1,000 m2 of new flat roof consisting of asphalt and high performance felt coverings and was granted a 15 year Insurance Backed Warranty.
