McCormick Flat Roofing Limited tendered for this Project and won the contract it was a £250k complete refurbishment, strip off existing tile and asphalt coverings, supply and fix new SIGA 36 Traditional natural slates, 15 No. velux windows supplied and fitted and a Sureweld T.P.O. Single Ply Membrane for the various flat roofs, 2,000m2 in total.
This Project was completed on time and within Budget and was granted a 20 year Insurance Backed Warranty
