McCormick Flat Roofing Limited were approached by the main contraction and were appointed to undertake the new tanking damp proofing works to the rear roof garden/basement areas using an Icopal Rootbar System. We also installed new Code 4 lead cover flashings to terminate all tanking verticals and Code 5 lead wraparounds to form closure to bottom of existing lead downpipes and create new opening by lead welding a bespoke chute to disperse rainwater through opening off existing narrow gulley at roof level and construct locally 2 No. Bespoke Code 5 Lead Drainage Gutters
On completion the works were issued with a 20 year Sure Safe Lloyds Insurance Backed Warranty coverings the entire system
