We had one week only to strip off existing glass roof approximately 100m2 create a new flat roof configuration to accommodate heavy plant penetrations in order to do this we worked very closely with the client’s Structural Engineers to come up with what in effect was a new ‘suspended’ flat roof hung using a series of bespoke made bolts attached to existing R.S.G.’s. This project was completed on time to release a number of other trades to carryout there works. We also completed on this Project new Architectural leadwork details to existing cornices and parapet upstands to the buildings front facade
