Since the company was formed in the new year of 2004, in a very short period of time we have managed to create a very close and successful working relationship with all our clients. The feedback regarding workmanship, competitiveness, attention to detail and Health and Safety issues received from our works has been second to none.
In fact, six different safety awards to date, which is no mean feat for any roofing contractor in our service.
We have product approvals with most of the leading roofing product manufacturers, most recently by ICOPAL who are the world’s leader in flat roof covering in particular. McCormick Flat Roofing is fully insured with public liability/ employer’s liability and employ The Construction Safety Practice as our safety advisors.
All our employees are all directly employed local tradesmen who have a wide experience in different and varied roofing techniques, we have the resources and knowledge to offer a complete service ranging from the more modern specification like Single Ply Membranes and Liquid Plastics, to the more traditional methods of flat roofing, for example we can install a host of high performance torch-on and roll and pour felt systems.
In addition to practically every flat roof specification now available we also undertake all your roof tiling and slating needs, leadwork, whether it be an entire roof configuration or simply just flashing details, we also have the resources to install guttering, fascia, soffits, barge board, indeed any roofing requirement we can accommodate. We pride ourselves in being the all round contractors. Indeed a lot of work some of our bigger competitors would back away from, our bespoke knowledge and attitude has brought us to the forefront of the industry we are in.
